Cardiff Castle

Situated in Cardiff city centre, Cardiff Castle is perfect for a family day out. 

 

Castell Coch

A 19th –century Gothic Revival castle 5 miles north of Cardiff city centre.

St Fagan's National History Museum

This museum contains historic buildings moved from various parts of Wales.

 

 

Principality Stadium

Located in Cardiff city centre, it is the National Stadium of Wales and home of the Wales national rugby union team.

 

Cardiff Bay

A picturesque waterfront , home to the Sennedd ; the Millennium Centre; Techniquest; shops and restaurants. 

Barry Island

A popular seaside resort-great for a family day out.

 

Cosmeston Lakes

Country Park and Medieval Village situated between Penarth and Sully.

 

Brecon Beacons National Park

The National Park contains some of the finest walking in Europe and is approximately 25 miles north of Cardiff.

Big Pit National Coal Museum, Blaenafon

A real coal mine and one of Britain's leading mining museums.
